Forgive me for asking this, but I have never leased land like that. So what is the GIS? Mapping system that provides parcel size and ownership information That's just a small part of GIS. Has many more uses and applications. The parcel info is just a layer over a basemap. There's a lot more layers that can be developed.
"Cull" is just another four letter word...
