Wait, so an Alabama DCNR game warden was asking people at a roadside law enforcement DL/Ins. checkpoint to see a hunting license an "harvest report" as well?
When and where was this? WTH is that even all about? Did she pull that crap at Waffle House or church or somewhere else? Because that would be the same thing ... "Oh, hey, good to see you this morning. Nice sermon, eh? Let me see your license and harvest report."

ok , what's up with some of the GW's out there this year .
this makes the fourth weird story i've heard .
my baby sister , her husband and friend was coming back from macon county in December and was at a license and insurance stop . while my brotherinlaw was showing the state trooper his DL and insurance there was a tap on the passenger window . it was a female GW wanting to see thier DL , HL and harvest report . WTH ????? Had they been hunting? what difference does that make ? they were not hunting setting at the check with the state trooper . what if they had no DL , HL and harvest report >

i'm going home this week end and ask my sister what road it was on . i think they were on the road that comes out hardaway to milstead , south of 80

Would LOVE to know if anyone was cited by that GW in that instance at the roadblock or other roadblocks - or at church, the Walmarks, on the sidewalk in 'skegee or wherever - for not having a "harvest" report or whatever she was asking for IF they were not hunting. Damnation. That's BS.

I was getting water at a roadside spring in NM when a GW drove up and asked for my hunting license. I wasn't dressed in hunting clothes and had no gun in the truck. I told him to pound sand. He got mad and left.
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

This happened at the intersection of 240 and 179 in Lee county. I didn't get caught up in it but 2 members of my club did. Vehicles stop at the 4 way stop and were checked for license and insurance by regular LE. Anyone dressed in camo was questioned and asked for license and harvest record by a GW. Neither of my guys were ticketed.
