Where would I buy baits and lure in the Montgomery area? I am going to set some DP coon traps.

seafood flavor cat food
Dog food
pellet fish food
corn
marshmallows

I use a mix of fish feed, cat food and corn with a bit of maple syrup around the lip and they love it.

cat food mixed with liquid smoke.

Its better to sit in a stand and think about God, then to sit in church and think about hunting.

Gander Mountain has a decent selection of lures and baits. I stopped in there the other day and got some fish oil for my DPs. I just squirt fish oil on a cotton ball.

Pet stores carry fish oil too. Pet owners use it as a feed supplement to improve skin and coat issues. I bought a bottle at Petco today for $13. I just set 12 DPs tonight and baited half with food and half with a cotton ball squirted with fish oil. One thing I like about the cotton ball with oil, is I can swipe a little on the bottom of my boot and walk a short ways and leave a scent trail to help him find the trap.
