I haven't heard any talk about any of it. What are you saying their motives are, by implementing buck tags only. Apparently different than mine. The majority of people, according to my perspective AND the article by Chuck Sykes, seem to want Tags for an Enforcement Tool to prevent people from killing more bucks than allowed. There is very little biological need for counting dead deer.
