House dogs are far worse than hunting dogs could ever be. If people leave their dogs out to run rampant and do this they should expect them to be shot. And yes I'm one of the ones who say do not shoot my hunting dog but I don't put up with that from my dogs.

Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

Mother Nature is cruel!

Look at those dogs.......

Do you guys really think that THOSE dogs ran down and killed a healthy, adult whitetail buck?

I do not.

Me either. It'd be hard for a pack of long legged hounds to run down a full grown healthy deer

Well these are obviously not someones hunting dogs or Joe Blows household pets.
These are the result from an owner dropping off unwanted dogs instead of doing what most people consider cruel but in reality it's being responsible!
Sometimes a 22 to the head is what is necessary when you think your only option is to drop them off on a dirt rd

My best coon dog got into it about 5 years ago. Had permission to hunt where we were at. Don't know how/where he got into it. Still to this day would want to string up whoever it was if I had proof. He died about 5 hours after I got him to the vet at 2 am

It would be darn near impossible for dogs to catch an adult healthy deer, especially in big open country like that.

Damn, again....

I have personally seen a group of four dogs run down and maul a healthy two year old eight point buck. They would of killed it except two of em died of lead poisoning while in the act. The other two died the next week. None of the dogs were over 50 pounds.

I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....
