I'm right handed and it's my right ear too. Usually I can pinpoint a bird fine gobbling but it's drumming and foot steps in leaves I'm worried about the most. At least I could still pinpoint last year. But it's gone downhill really bad in last few weeks all the sudden. had a cold/allergy lately? any other "symptoms"/ things you've noticed recently? Had bad headaches this winter on right side of my head but figured it was sinus. They been gone now for a while though. I could hear ok after my ear cleaning last week but it's like its been really clogged since then.
