Any of you have a nice piece of wood for a european mount? Wanting to get one for the deer Emily shot the last day of season. Whether it be a nice piece of barn wood, or even a piece of driftwood.
Have been looking around for some without much luck. Hoping one of you had something laying around.

I'll look next time I'm down at the river which should be Wednesday after work. Usually some good stuff piled up this early after all the big rains this year.

How big of a piece do you need? I've got a cherry stump in my truck that needs to be cut up (thanks Straycat). You're welcome to see if there is some way to use some for the mount.

Probably should charge more for the time but it's just a hobby. Takes awhile to glue all those pieces together and plane them.

Got an old house to remove from farm. It's falling in. Most of the exterior wood is covered by tar paper and not weathered.
Don't know if anyone is interested, but PM me if you are.

If you want a piece of barn wood like what's in the pic I can bring you a piece home the next time I go to my club.
