Pay attention to new rules about alcohol on your beach of choice. I believe most beach towns are making the beaches NO ALCOHOL zones. This is in response to spring break craziness.

Drinking is why many people go to the beach in the first place. I'm sure it will be selectively enforced, but I don't think that's right either.

Is there a list of no alcohol beaches ?
Will be in PCB for some of Spring Break, & have to have cold beer on the beach.

I believe even Pensacola Beach this year is doing no alcohol on beaches and no open containers during the spring break period. In all of my time living down here, I have never been approached by the police when walking around with a beer in my hand anywhere on Pensacola Beach. I don't know if it was specifically allowed, but it was pretty well known that they weren't going to mess with you unless you were acting stupid. Sounds like it's not going to be like that for spring break anymore, which is fine with me.

I thought Pensacola banned it in public areas off of the beach, but it was still legal on the beach itself. I need to read up, I could be wrong.

Need to clean up Memorial Day next.... whistle

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

This is where a good old Yeti tumbler will come in real handy just pour a cold beer in it and not worry about it much....

This is usually the case. In front of your private condo should be good

It works it's not fool proof but at least you don't just have a beer in your hand.....

No glass on Pensacola beach. Cans and cups only is what I understand.

My in laws own a place in PCB and yes, it's a no alcohol on the beach law. From what I've seen though, and been told by LEO, they aren't enforcing it on the responsible adults on vacation.
