is it me or are do most folks fillet there bream? Is it folks didn't learn to eat whole fish. I know some adult that want eat a whole fish scared of the bones. I to fillet some fish large crippie and bigger but my bream I still scale them. now if they are hybrids and inches plus I might filet some. I think it's more along the line of People never learned how to filet a bream or they just can't handle the task. Filet is the only way I eat them and the best way, IMO. I've got a hankering for some good bream filet's now.

I like them smaller than that that so you can whole fry them and eat all the bones. An old fashioned brean sammich is delicious. Two small whole fried bream, between two pieces of white bread, ketchup, mayo, and sometimes some lettuce.

How big do they need to be? How long do you cook them? How hot? Etc......
