Good catch

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

I think it's more along the line of People never learned how to filet a bream or they just can't handle the task. Filet is the only way I eat them and the best way, IMO. I've got a hankering for some good bream filet's now.

I like them smaller than that that so you can whole fry them and eat all the bones. An old fashioned brean sammich is delicious. Two small whole fried bream, between two pieces of white bread, ketchup, mayo, and sometimes some lettuce.

I had never had anything other than fried whole until I was 14. An old neighbor said he would not keep them unless they were big enough to filet. First fried filet sammich he gave me, made me a believer. I don't keep them now unless they are filetable.

Give me the details on this Skinny. I've heard of it but never tried cooking them that way. How big do they need to be? How long do you cook them? How hot? Etc......

Filleted bluegill are better than crappie IMO. That's some nice eating. I used to eat them gutted and scaled whole. After I had kids that all changed. Not taking the chance on them getting a 1/4" long hair size bone in their throat.
