I guess the more important question from me is you believe these people should NOT be liable or responsible for their actions? If so then I honestly don't know how to respond to that. I guess I won't. Ask your boss. Remember, he and I are near the same age, grew up in the same area and both shared a love of the Outdoors. And, we have both had a lot more years experience in this than most. Times change, Ideas change and people change. When you place yourself on a pedestal, there is always a risk of falling. It is best to stay level and learn.
