Wow, based on the chart for sunrise/sunset, next Thanksgiving I will have to be out of the tree at 5:10 PM to be legal. That is not even close to what I consider dark.This is really gonna leave a mark on those who choose to be law abiding citizens. Why do you have to be out of the tree? Just can't shoot...unless they want to say if you are in the tree with a gun you are hunting. Guess that needs clarified too. What if you are in the tree after "sunset" or before "sunris"e with a loaded or unloaded gun are you hunting? I am even more confused!

I suspect it will be like duck hunting; you can be in blind; just don't shoot.

If I walk around on my own property in the middle of June with a rifle, Is this considered hunting out of season? Or am I just walking around?

well if you are riding an atv while toting a weapon, you have to wear orange , even after dark. Where does it specify this?

This is nothing new? Legal hunting time has been this as long as I can remember. Nope. Daylight hours was the legal language. This is definitely a change from the current law.

Loaded guns means you are hunting whether ducks or deer. load and unload guns at LST and watch all you want but if you have a loaded gun you are in violation. Really? I have a loaded gun on me now. Didn't know I was hunting.
