2016 Mathews Halon 6 in Lost XD Camo With Custom Strings... Okay, If You have been on My FB Hunting Page at all you will find numerous examples of me picking on the Fanatics that shoot Mathews Bows. I shoot tons of bows and get bored with them pretty quick. I have never shot a Mathews that I just fell in love with. Truth be told; I torque the damn grips and shoot them inconsistantly. Although I am harcore bowhunter (I didn't take the rifle out during deer season once), I am only an average bow shooter. I punch releases, struggle with target panic etc...you name a bad habit and I have it. LOL BUT I LOVE IT and go through more bows in 2 years than many guys go through in their whole life. A guy asked me to shoot his Halon 5 at Hoover Tactical one day and I reluctantly agreed. I was absolutely blown away. I knew I had to have one. I bought a Halon 6 less than a week later It is the best bow I have ever shot...nothing even comes close. It is absolutely dead at the shot with ZERO vibration. By FAR The quietest bow I have ever seen. It has a silky smooth draw cycle that breaks over gently into a perfect valley and ending in a very solid back wall. It is fast as hell at 345 fps too. There may be better bows out there but I aint never shot them. Gotta give Mathews props...they hit one out of the park with the Halon series.

I've got a solid black Halon 6 brand new off the shelf out in the shop I'm going to start work on this afternoon for someone to pick up tomorrow. Putting a set of flo. green and black threads on it. Gonna look sharp.
