Just provide the information. It will save you a ton of ongoing misery if you will. The court can compel you to provide it, but why make them have to do that? All that does is prolong the time it takes to have everything settled.
The court will tell you that she can use that money for rent/mortgage and utilities in order to keep a roof over the child's head when he/she/they are with her. She would be told the same thing about you if she has to pay you, as well.

Child support is one thing just be glad you aren't getting hammered with alimony.
Also you might should consider the precedent of willingly giving her full custody. I am sure there are a lot of factors at play but if you do give her full custody and she decides in a couple of years to move or change her life style she could have support readjusted to the state guidelines, plus it could make it hard for you to regain joint custody in the future.
I will be honest my little taste of this recently (we resolved) left me pissed off at the whole process and legal system in the state as it is a biased warped system that definitely puts the father on a uneven playing field from the start.
Don't misconstrue this as I think fathers shouldn't support their children they should I have an always will pay 100% of the care and raising of my children but that being the case and only getting to see them 4 days a month 8 hours at Christmas or what ever the minimum is is absolute bull shucks and the individuals who drafted those minimums should be ashamed.

Man, maybe you should run for judge.......oh wait, you can't. Run for state legislator and change the law since you think it isn't fair to hard working fellas like you.
You said you shouldn't have to pay more than some guy making less money than you. I am sure you limit your personal expenses to the amount a minumum wage worker can spend. I know you didn't go wasting it on guns, trucks, ATVs or a nice house. I mean, you shouldn't have stuff nicer than the guy that works st McDonald's. Your comment shows just how retarded you really are. Btw I do limit my expenses.

I'm trying to figure out how to sell tickets to this show.

Oh, good grief!
If the guy making $10/hour paying child support for one child with an ex-wife who does not work is going to pay the same percent of his income as the guy making $40/hour paying child support for one child with an ex-wife who does not work.
Why is that unfair?
And, no, I do not receive child support. I married a man who has paid child support, though, and never fussed about it because it was the right thing to do (even though we felt like it was, many times, misappropriated).

Hey folks, I want to hear some more about go-kart Mozart not asking the owner if he needed his ride.
I must have missed that one when it happened.
I saw it alluded to for just for a split second on here just a few posts back.

Like I said their should be cap on CS. My kid is no better nor does his raising cost more than the man child who's father makes $10 an hour. If a woman is gonna bitch about how CS isn't enough then she should let the father raise him and I'm sure the man won't ask for a dime.

Who on here is one. I have a question I wanna know. If 2 people come to an agreement on CS does the other person lawyer still need you income taxes to see how much you make. I've had an ongoing custody deal for about 4 yrs now To answer the original question it depends. Some Judges don't double check the Child support calculations some do. All should. If y'all have agreed to a deviation from the guidelines there should be a good explanation for it. (Again if the Judge is paying attention). If you are seeing the child significantly more than standard visitation that is typically a good enough reason for a small deviation. Child support is 5th grade math. The variables are the parties income, other child support paid, health insurance and daycare. Period. It don't make a rip what your other bills are. Frankly I have little patience for men crying about paying child support. And yes you should give the other lawyer your tax return if you are operating in good faith.
