Friends of mine live in Vienna. That traffic would drive me insane. The Metro is IMO the best way to get around up there.
It may be just I-95 about the speeding. Always have heard it about Virginia, though.
I came down I-81 Memorial Day from DC and I swear they were along the road every county and they were getting some folks. They weren't playing that day. And they have unmarked small cars too. seen a unmarked car have someone on my way up
