We've had our Rooms to Go couch and love seat for 9 years. It's now broken beyond repair and needs to be replaced, however it's been good while its lasted. I feel like we've been to every furniture store in north and central Alabama. We've searched online as well. We picked out a reclining sectional form RTG, but are now hesitating because of the horrible reviews regarding fixing issues that come up, not honoring their warranty, delivery problems, etc. We've been to the Ashley store twice and their brand of salesmanship makes my skin crawl. Feeding frenzy at the door and dead fish handshakes. I shudder. Plus online reviews on their stuff sucks as well.
So, where do you all shop for furniture? Pros and cons?
HAPPY FOURTH!!
