Wanting to plant something on an old woods road that stays pretty shaded... what grows well (that deer like) in the shade?

I found planting a little earlier in shaded spots helps too, just my opinion, but I plant the regular big buck blend from the co-op

Imperial no plow from whitetail insitute, excellent for shaded areas. all you need is a rake to plant it. You can get it at most feed
Stores.

Imperial no plow is a great seed for just your situation, it will draw deer and hold them them in the area.

Clover is your best option in shade, but how many hours of sunlight does it get?
