Anyone interested in forming a new club.I met a guy today who just bought 250 acres in atauga county.The land is near independence area.he said he,s gonna take a dozier to the land next week to push up 6 or 7 greenfield,s.he wants 10 dollars an acre for it long term.so I thought about testing the hunters on here to see if 7 people would be interested in makeing a good club out of it.he wants 2500.00 dollars for the lease .so 7 guy,s at 600.00 each would be 4200.00 dollars.that leaves 1700.00 for greenfield,s shooting houses and corn.if anyone is interested pm me.the owner buys timber and leases it out to hunt.I know there is alot of big deer killed near independence every year.and the owner said the land loaded with deer and turkey.
