I didn't set the price, was just asked to post it. The brick house is worth 6000 a year on the rental market easily.

I met the owners last year. Good people actually. Kept my camper on one of their properties. The 250 didn't get leased last year either.
At times my ambition far exceeds my talent.

The 250 didn't get leased last year either. i wonder why Actually the 250 Acres in Whatley did get leased last year. The Coffeeville tracts are recent acquisitions through trades and purchases. I spent a little time on the 250 at the end of turkey season and later. Potential for some really nice deer but there are some areas that are difficult to hunt due to terrain. Deep hollows that will keep folks from piddlin' in your sanctuaries

I tried offering him $15 an acre and he wouldn't have it. Said he'd let his grand daughter hunt it before he gave it away lol

If they don't lease I'll definitely plant a couple of the plots to help take pressure off my spot in Gosport.
