Do any one know of a good home inspector in the Huntsville/Limestone area? I need a inspection on a new construction. The inspectors I have dealt with in the past have been about worthless.

I could too. I hope and pray I never run into him in a dark alley because I will most likely go to prison.

My vote is to do it yourself. AL is a buyer beware state, so unless your contract/HOA specifically says you can't, no one is going to do a better job than you are.

I had my neighbor's 12 year old take the home inspector test. He passed.
