I find it humoring that we have a problem giving a state licensed medical physicians office out social and license number. But we give it out freely at payday loan stores, multiple car dealers, retail stores for in store credit cards, websites to "check your credit", etc...

Nope, never had a payday loan, don't have a credit card, and the last car loan was through our bank.

When the question of sex comes up I write NONE also the one that ask In case of emergency who should we call I write Doctor, or Coroner
