If Hurts gets injured they will now be down to those guys who definitely are not up to speed.

But that's what everyone wants, the dual threat QB who leads the team in rushing and passing. Problem is Hurts is not that good at passing so his main threat is running and he's been looking kinda of slow the last two games.
Hurts does not have the deep ball contrary to popular belief, the receivers have to slow down or completely turn around for the ball when he throws deep. Look at Barnett's pass to OJ compared to Hurts, even the short pass in the end zone last weekend was a horrible pass.

Are you racist? That's the only conclusion I can come to after reading your numerous criticisms of hurts. You can armchair quarterback the differences between barnett and hurts all day long but the coaches that see them every day in practice gave the starting job to hurts for a reason. Barnett does throw a pretty ball but almost every time he comes in the game our offense completely stalls.

I hate to see him go. He didn't win the job and you can't keep all the talent when they can play somewhere else. Hope we don't end up really needing him cause Bateman ain't got "it"

Matt is right...our offense honestly sucks when Barnett is in there...also, hurts has a good enough arm forsure to hit the deep ball, he just is too late in his timing...sure Barnett does throw a prettier pass but hurts' legs open up the running game in many ways other than just him running it...def am scared about hurts getting hurt but I wish Barnett the best and am excited to see hurts continue to progress...we have something special at qb if he can keep improving!!
