7 weeks ago my son Grayson was born. I am sure some of yall remember he had to spend time in the NICU for his breathing. Well his breathing never really ever got much better and the last few days may have even gotten a little worse. He is still having cheat retractions and is still a little tachypnic.

Yesterday we had an appointment at children's with the director of pulmonology. He checked Grayson over and said he looked healthy and was growing great which is a good sign in kids with breathing issues. He gave him a breathing treatment thst seemed to help somewhat but did not completely fix his breathing. Therfore we are heading in today to have a CT scan of his lungs as well as a scope into his lungs to see if they can figure out what is causing the breathing issues.

I am scared to death about them putting him to sleep so young. I am also happy to finally hopefully get an answer but scared to death of what the answer may be. He said sometimes it could be lung diseases or something as simple as infant asthma.

I ask that you guys would please send one up for little man and thst today's diagnosis is one that isn't serious and one that can be cured. Thank you.
