Is his stand wind friendly? Is it a better location than where you would put your stand? Were you going to hang your stand near this location? His wind may do nothing more than help you. Not saying that is right, but as long as he stays on his side there is not much you can do about it. If it is that good of a spot I would not let it drive me out of MY area. Who knows... he shoots a deer while you are there... it runs on your side.... let him know you are there and refuse to let him retrieve it.... Let him watch you drag his deer out.
