So far it better than the tagging system used in other states. Ie oregon Idaho and montana have a special paper tag that must be notched and attached prior to moving the animal. Oh and if it's a trophy the tag has too remain attached to the horn/antlers for eternity. So, we should be happy because our system isn't as bad as others' (yet). Ok.
