Had rotator cuff (complete tear supra spinatus) and bicep reattachment on May 31. Pain was tough for a few days, therapy was rough at times but the inconvenience of not being able to use my right arm for weeks was horrible. I'm still not 100% but it's better

What did you have done? AC joint, Labrum, Rotator? Labrum and rotator repair, and a large spur removed. Just had the exact same surgery. First two weeks are living hell. Get rid of that shoulder harness as quick as possible. I am 100% after 12 weeks. Good Luck!!!

Been there done that, it sux. 4 anchors to hold the labrum and cleaned up the rotator cuff. I quit rehab at 12 weeks when the insurance stopped paying but if you can afford it do all of it. It will never be the same but you can get back to where it does not limit you. Dont expect that day to come in the 1st year. Also when you get too bored and have to get out be careful. I fell in my boat while still in the sling and it hurt like hell. Scared me to death that I messed something up. Good luck
