I had about 20 talked off of my foot as a kid. If my great uncle was still alive he could take care of it. I don't know anyone currently that can do it but I am sure they are out there. My mother could talk warts off. Talked several off me over the years, and did the same for other relatives. I think if you really believe it, your immune system is triggered to respond to the area. She would rub the wart, look you in the eye, and tell you it was going to fall off in a few days. Once the wart talker gets a reputation, people who seek them out are willing to buy into it. My mother was a good Christian woman, leader in the WMU, but I swear she had some magic in her. In all the years since her death, even though she taught me and I used her recipes, I have never been able to come close to her biscuits, fried oysters, or gumbo. And, I have to go to the dermatologist for warts.

I had an old OLD Great Aunt that would take you into the woods and wash the wart in the creek, and it would fall off...usually within a day. If you asked her how she did it, she'd wink and say it had something to do with washing downstream from where the cows pissed in the creek...

They were there for atleast two years before I asked him to take care of them. Darndest thing Ive seen.

Quit licking the toads. I had and old druggie dachshund that used to do it. He'd find them and gnaw at them and then lick them until he was stoned. He'd start foaming at the mouth real bad, get unsteady on his feet and then just lay out in the yard for a few hours on a little doggie trip. I don't guess it hurt him in the long run as he lived for 16 1/2 years.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

After you cut it off you got to quarterize it with a cig or cigar. I tried to just heat the knife up the first time and it came back, the cigarette did the trick though, plus it stops the bleeding.

I have one now on my knee that i have scraped off several times and is nearly gone. Bled like a son of a gun each time. I let it scab over and rip off the scab again. Maybe 2 more weeks till gone.

Conjuring warts away. Saw it first hand when I was a kid. Lady in her 80s lived close to us. My next door neighbor had a huge one on top of his hand. We went to see her. She sat him down, gave him a cane broom and said "study real hard, and pick just one stem from the broom". She took the cane and measured across his wart several times, breaking off a piece of the cane each time. When she was finished, she told Craig "stare at the pieces for a minute". When he was done, she told him to go out back and bury them. I started to go with him and Mrs. Cooper said "you stay here. he has to be alone". Well, a few days later they were gone. Don't know how it worked, but it did.

In case you want to be rid of them in 15 minutes, see my post.
Just know, you'll know how big a set you've got, about 10 minutes in. I'm about ready to try it. I've got two that keep coming back. I got a buddy that can talk the horns off a billy goat but I doubt he can talk these warts off.

My grandmother could "talk" them off. She was successful on many in our family. Never worked for me.

I had guy try that voodoo crap on a wart on my finger one time. wrapped some thread around it several times and said it will be gone soon. Still there, been a few years. May try the vinegar or that cow medicine thou.

The apple cider vinegar thing absolutely worked...no magic, hoodoo, or voodoo...just acetic acid, a little cotton, and a bandaid. Like I said, after a couple days, it will cause an intense ache when you first apply it, and keep the cottonball small enough to just cover the wart...you're basically burning it off with acid, so you only want to burn the part you want gone! The ache and burning sensation subsides after a couple minutes, and won't bother you again until the next day, when you re-apply.
