[quote=MS_Hunter]Kill the deer you want to kill. As long as your happy with it, that's all that matters. [/quote
Yes but if there are 2 bucks standing in a field you can evaluate them both and probably 100% of hunters will shoot the bigger buck unless there's something wrong with him. I dare say that 100% of hunters will do this 100% of the time, but in this scenario you have a deer that acts like something is following him and you have no way of knowing whether it's an even bigger, better buck or a coyote or a mutt that got loose from up the road. So if you shoot the first buck and one twice his size steps out of the tree line 2 minutes later will your satisfaction with the buck you killed be diminished by the knowledge that you could have killed a monster had you waited 2 more minutes? Good buck on the ground and there's still something to look forward to. I'm happy with buck #1.

This is were deer cameras come into play.most of the time you can catch what deer you have normally in the early season most of the home range bucks stick together.for instance I had 3 raccoons that would come to a feeder everday, about ten minutes after therm came out I had 4 bucks that would follow them every time 2 were 6 points the last two show was a big 8 point.with that being said I would have shot a six point, but knowing the big 8 was there ,I waited and the 8 point is on my wall today. So you shot an 8pt over a feeder and then mounted it. Got it.

I'll be by soon to write you a citation for hunting over bait and will confiscate said buck
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??
