I feel your pain. Remington really helped kill that round when they introduced their 7mm Ultra Mag, and stopped producing STW chambering in their rifles so that it wouldn't be in competetition with the Ultra Mag which uses way more powder for the same ballistics.

It seems the only folks cranking out any new 7STW brass is Nosler. That unprimed new brass is about $65 for 25 empty brass hulls.

Even 8mm Remington Magnum, the parent cartridge of the 7STW is in the same boat, because I tried to buy some to neck down.

I finally just broke down and after making sure my STW would group it, I bought 20 boxes of 20 rounds each of 175 gr Nosler Accubond Long Range (400 rounds), at $70 per box from Midway. (OUCH!)

I already had about 6 boxes of new Remington 140 gr Core-Lokt, so maybe all this totaled will outlast the barrel life until I rebuild it again.

These manufacturers are concentrating on the main big 7 hunting rifle rounds for now, it seems.

Good luck in your search.
