I had a eventful morning this morning. I got in the woods late due to work and when I got within 100 yards of my stand there was a buck making a scrape about 10 yards behind the tree my stand is on. That buck is a decent little 8 but I rushed the shot and tried to shoot through a small gap in the trees and brush. I just made rookie mistakes. I checked the area for blood and didn't see any so I climbed on into the stand. I ended up seeing another buck (no shot) and 8 other does and one of those went home with me. And now me and Eli are in a stand because he just couldn't wait until morning to get in the woods. Dang man y'all are on them pretty good right now. Keep pounding them!
