Why is lifting it from the side the only method considered? Why not lift it from the rear where you have the frame for the dolly wheel to run a chain thru and lift it up? That would put the front end (square end) on the ground for more stability. I'd lift to up till perpendicular and go to work on it. May be possible. I'll evaluate this method when I get back to the camp.
