The big one ran over by Mojo's was on Andrew Lusk land, the piebald was ran over right after you cross the bridge into scottsboro. So nobody even shot em they just got hit by a car? That's a pretty good indicator that the Scottsboro rut is already over. You may have missed it.

Scottsboro seems to be wide open from what I've been told Nope , too early for central Jackson County by about 15 days plus or minus a few days. A few nice ones have been killed early and a few folks have seen some younger bucks chasing but that doesn't mean peek breeding is happening.

Yes , they were ran over as hit with a car! Yes I was giving an estimate as in to the location, not everyone knows Andrew lusk land is on long hollow road! Btw mojos is close to long hollow road as well

Won't hurt my hunting one way or the other if it's started or finished . I hunt on the mountain up around Bryant , Pisgah, Section & Dutton a little.
