We had one of our hunters come back to his truck last night after hunting only to find the window smashed and things stolen from inside the truck. Be super vigilant guys apparently based on good conversation with one of the local State Police Officers from Thomasville there has been a rash of breakins of vehicles from Pine Hill to Linden and down around Dixon Mills area. These guys will pull up to trucks parked along the road , smash the windows , grab whatever's inside and take off.

As always if anybody has any information on these break ins please contact local PD and State Troopers Office !!!

Set up where you can see your truck. Put stuff on front seat. Then riddle their vehicle. You don't have to shoot them. Get their info then shoot the crap out of their mode of transportation. Do you think they'll stick around or report to the police ? Hell to the Naw !

Yep talked to a buddy of mine just yesterday, and he had his window busted out from his dodge. He was around camden and was told the exact same thing from the cops..

Consider a locking back bed cover or a toolbox and lock everything to bed or box. If you leave anything like stands or guns lock them down inside. Cover everything up with a sheet or cover. Don't leave anything in view. Lock and hide valuables in lock boxes with cable or chain. Won't stop it, but could slow it down until they get caught.
Carry someone hunting and let them sit where they can see car from a tree.

I see this ending bad for the perps before long if they keep this up. Pretty big balls or super dumb considering someone may be lining up crosshairs on them from a tree

I hate a damn thief BUT...I had a friend do something similar and he was the one who caught hell from the law. I'm no expert on these things but shooting at a vehicle is pretty much viewed as shooting at the individual (at least that's what my friend was up against even though the suspect was a known outlaw). Not saying I necessarily agree with the law in this case but that's the way it went down.

Shooting into an occupied vehicle is a felony. If you feel like you just have to riddle his vehicle, make sure he doesn't have an accomplice there with him!
