Personally, I think he is 2.5, maybe 3.5 at the oldest. He's long legged, no girth in the belly or chest and a long nose. We've killed plenty of mature bucks on this farm. That 8 point aint even close to being mature. Hell, my 14 year old son passed him twice before I did. He knows he's not mature. Thanks for your insight though. Very valuable.

In my original post I said that I thought he was 2.5, maybe 3.5 at the oldest. I'm not an expert by any means, but that is still my opinion. One thing I am positive about is that we have plenty of mature deer on the place and he isn't one of them.
