Not just any land. But, the 'right' land! It takes patience and sacrifice. But, the rewards are huge!!!
Where I am sitting watching this buck right now is a small 20 acre tract that was purchased from some heirs. It is nothing 'special' as far as land goes. And, the timber will never pay for the initial cost in my lifetime. However, the location is AWESOME! And, we can do whatever the Heck we please on it!!!
