RUH ROH!!!! I see nothing about signs warning of the road block and a turn around. Went by a weight check this week and they had signs warning well ahead.

If it said "Check every 2nd pickup with deer feet sticking up," I would understand it better.

Retired Birmingham here, without exigent circumstance, or after arrest,or with a warrant, any search without consent is illegal. This is constitution!The supreme court has ruled on this already.A vehicle, nor person, cannot be searched without " probable cause ". Period. Roadblocks cannot be used to randomly search. If we allow this we are not far from a police state.

If it is on state property, that would be another matter.
