We fished the Benefit tournament yesterday. We couldn't get a largemouth bite, but the spots bite was good, just small. We finished about 17 out of 60 or 70 boats. Our best 7 was 8.94 lbs. Caught a lot just no size.

Spots were hitting a jerkbait on rock bluffs in 30 or 40 ft. of water. And of course the ol shakey head. I wish I would of thrown a texas rig worm in the shallow grass early. Few bites on fluke, but nothin any size. We tried top water and swimming a jig with no takers.
