Obama was handed a golden opportunity to go down as at least a decent president during the Missouri riots. He failed miserably. He had the opportunity to call a thug a thug, Michael Brown. He had the opportunity to help ease racial tensions by calling criminals out on their actions AND by calling out thugs who were "demonstrating"(destroying cities). He instead did nothing which would make one believe that he sided with the thugs and vandals. I was not around during the protest days of MLK JR, but I've never seen video of him looting towns or him calling for the shooting of cops and white people. Obama failed in every way. He just basically rode out his presidency and along the way he gave homosexuals what they wanted(they already had it), gave credibility to the thugs and criminals(the black ones), AND tried to destroy small business and break the backs of the working class with "Obamacare". He was thrust into office because he was a smooth talking black man. Show me where he was successful at anything before taking office. So, to answer your question of what did Obama do to me and my family, Obama tried to ruin MY COUNTRY because he can't leave the past (slavery/segregation) in the past.
