on the positive side, night time pics make a bucks rack look more spindly than they really are... so the mass is better than what it looks like in the pic. but the bad news is he isn't anywhere close to 110. If there are good bucks being killed wait on one you KNOW meets the criteria.
Not sure where exactly you hunt, but if your in Jackson Co. and if the land has been at least half way managed, you shouldn't have a problem killing a legitimate 110 and might end up with one a lot bigger. There is very good reason to make 110 a minimum on the first buck. A lot of potential up there...
