With out a doubt I would kill it. One of the biggest I have killed was with a 30-06 with my neighbors outside cooking out. I was in a ladder looking across the road in some pines. One of those deals where you beg for forgiveness instead of permission i'd had you arrested and hoped they charged you for shooting across highway to .

Thought about getting on my roof to get a good angle so I can spine him that way he can't run.. neghibors cant see the back of my house. But if he jumps the string I could strap him.. I'm pretty sure he would run back in the woods but who knows. I'm definitely going to video it and post here. He's out here right now actually. Chasing a spike away. He comes and goes throughout the night. I know a fella in your situation who shot one with crossbow and it ended up dead in neighbors pool. Worst case scenario, but they were cool with it. Think he offered to pay to drain and fill pool

No way in hell I would shoot it. I guess that why he is not dead yet.. Noone else has shot him although I believe I'm the only hunter on this street. It just seemed wrong kinda like it wouldn't be anything to be proud of.

At the first house I bought in Va we lived on a lake. We had deer always running around everywhere. I got tired of not getting one while hunting so I got one from my living room window. Learned a lesson though....... make sure the barrel is outside the bay window instead of beside it, muzzle blast will shatter a window.
I would rather be tried by 12, than carried by 6.

I don't shoot yard deer....
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

Elvis has left the building Or As the late great Lewis Grizzard said "Elvis is dead and I don't feel so good myself." Honestly though you need one of those super duper pellet guns. Drop him where he stands.

I don't shoot yard deer.... yep , sanctuary lol If he's killing my fruit trees, eating my shrubs costing me work and $, I'll turn him a flip. If he wants to live he better stay over at the neighbors who love him.
