and all other hangouts since the cool place to go was Louie Louie's for 75 cent can Miller Lights on Thursday night Whew. Got banned for life in there one night. We went back two weeks later. I was going in there when I was 18. Head to Sam Houston's before hand and might wind up at The Nick, or The Circuit late night.

Its a sad fact... everybody raves about avondale but its only nice on one street, and only for several blocks. Forest park is nice but its old money. Most of the apartments in the area ride that name because they border it.

I don't remember Sam Houstons. We used to drink at Clyde Houstons and Rube Burrows, Louie's, Dugan's, The Burly Earl, The Nick, Norms, Marty's, Smacky's deli, Club South. Dang, I spent a lot of time in bars.

I recommend Leeds especially if you have kids. I wouldn't send my kids to Leeds schools. But, I do know a bunch of drug dealers from Leeds.
