I can't see the mound in the pictures. Where is it located in proximity to the flowers?

I'm betting it's a grave site for a child of an illegal. Man that would be really sad ...
I'm not advocating amnesty for any illegals and I'm not condoning burying a body on someone else's private property. But ... if this is the case, put yourself in their place. What would you do? I'd do the same thing and I'd be really heart broken if I wasn't allowed to visit the grave site again if it was my child
