There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

I would think that the majority of trespassing leads to some sort of illegal activity. That has been my experience in the past. So yes the law should look into it.

All of you talking about trespassing. Do you really think they are going to investigate a trespassing claim?
Do you know it isn't even a misdemeanor? Criminal trespass 3rd degree (which is what this would be) is a violation. No department is going to investigate a criminal trespass 3rd degree. In order to get anywhere with such a charge, it would require you to know who it was and to go swear out a warrant. Then they might arrest someone, if they are somehow stopped for something else.
Other than a minor violation, there is absolutely no evidence of any other crime. None. The certainly isn't any fresh grave, hell, there is no evidence of a grave. Are the police suppose to conjure up some mythical charges? Maybe they were looking for a yahoo. The call would be logged as suspicious activity along with numerous other similar calls that day. Now if someone had called and said that there was a foot sticking up out of the ground it would be different, but this is not a drop everything and run over there with blue lights and siren type call once the offenders had left the area. As to calling another agency, that won't fly because agencies covering the same geographic area generally have unwritten, and sometimes written rules, about what agency handles what type of call. In a rural area, troopers generally handle traffic matters, Game Wardens handle game and fish violation along with recreational activities accident investigations, and SOs handle general LE matters. Now if there was evidence that they were hunting while they were planting flowers then a Game Warden might get involved.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Well LE called me this morning and I got to describe the site again there was genuine concern and was told there would be an investigator and some one from homicide to contact me tomorrow probably for me to take them to the site. The LE was extremely interested in the mound with the flowers and oranges and peels Said he'd never heard of anything like this so we'll see how it goes when I take them up there

The county man said he wasn't all that concerned and now this LE said he was genuinely concerned. Interesting.

The county man said he wasn't all that concerned and now this LE said he was genuinely concerned. Interesting. I tried to answer that. I can guarantee that it was logged by whoever first took the call as a suspicious persons already gone from the area call. All the unusual circumstances did not get recorded. It was not recorded as a possible body. Now I don't know this for sure and I'm speculating, but this is what makes sense to me. Just another example of second hand information not being as effective at communication as first hand info.

The left lane is for the the purpose of moving the flow of traffic forward regardless of the speed limit. If your impeding the flow of traffic get your ass in the right lane. It's really that simple...

The trespassers probably done come back with shovels and have absconded with the corpus delicti. Either that or finished up the voodoo curse and anybody what touches anything within 10 feet of the mound gonna have things fallin' off a da man in the future.

No way I wouldn't have dug it up by now if I really thought there was something there. It may be a cache of stolen gold that they were hiding with plans to come back and dig it up after they return from Trump's deportation. The flowers were just to keep the gringos away by making them think it was a grave or Santeria sacrifice site. I'd be digging.
