There is no way I'm going into the woods with a shovel to dig up an area that I think contains a dead body. There are people who get paid to do those things and take that risk and you can bet your hind end they wouldn't be out there alone doing it.
For those in the dig it up camp, seriously what if you unearthed the partially decayed remains of a child? That's something that I don't want to have to try and forget. I'm with you Fur. No way I want to see that.

Well today is the day I meet with LE and guys this is anything but BS it is very real and I have lost sleep over this. Imagine if it were you that had this encounter and found a potential grave site I'm sure for most of you the thoughts of go dig it up would pass quickly because the thought of unearthing a dead child would weigh heavy on your heart and you'd follow the same path that I have and let LE handle this which would put you on their time frame and patience will have to be in play for the process to be seen through. If they do suspect it is a body then this will be drawn out longer until they can get the right people in place to handle it accordingly
Look at it this way...you know how our society is when they get their teeth into an issue. If it IS a dead child, or any dead person, for that matter, chances are that once the story is brought to light, assistance will be forthcoming to move the body to a proper burial site where family can visit without having to sneak in...a grave that isn't obscurely hidden in the woods, and can be properly taken care of.

There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

My coworker is Spanish speaking and from a Mexican family. First generation American. She says it's a grave. I showed her the pics. She says the oranges make sense..... she says they will bring whatever the persons favorite food was, and spread it on the grave.

If whoever it is needs to be avenged (in the justice system sense of the word!), that would determined and initiated. Whoever is buried there has already "lost" in this world, but for everyone else, with the exception of a murderer, relocating it would be a win/win for everyone.

Agree with all that. BUT....I ain't gonna be the one on the end of a shovel digging, either. There are people who get paid money to do that sort of thing.

There's no way I could knowingly dig up a dead child. I think most of us, if we are honest would be extremely affected by the sight of what you'd find. It's horrible to even think about.
I wouldn't want the liability of the police coming back and criticizing me, and saying I interfered with their crime scene either. Truthfully, you'd smell it before you got to the body. Since you know why you're digging there, you would know what the smell was and not go any further, I would hope. Also you are right about contaminating a possible crime scene and to take it a step further, since it is clear why you are digging you could possibly be facing charges of Tampering With Evidence, Desecration of Corpse and Destroying a Venerated Object. That would be something for the DA to figure out though.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Well guys I just left the site and LE definitely thinks its a grave but maybe not one of a child. He pointed out some thing to me that says the mound is bigger than afore mentioned also its old than just a few months. He's gonna get an investigator out there along with a team of archeological people from UA to do a dig. I will keep you posted as all this now unfolds

Now every time they pass through they stop and pay their respects is my theory.

Archeologists to dig? I would have thought the county coroner or a crime scene unit would handle that since the LEO thinks it's a body.
