Has to be. Unless the Michigan strain bucks are only breeding Michigan strain does. Since the Michigan does come in heat much earlier and the Michigan bucks are fired up, and bigger/stronger, I could see where that was happening. Plus the Michigan bucks would also be breeding the Alabama does, so the Northern genetics may be more widely propagated.
