Depends on the snake and how bad he wants whatever's on the other side. I've found small timber rattlers, like 2' or so, at eye level in brush tangles.
Well behaved women never make history.~ Out back Quit laughing...I think I broke something.
Fifteen is my limit on Schnitzen-Gruben, Baby...
I have OCD and ADD, so everything has to be perfect, but only for a minute.

I had a rat snake climb the brick wall at try other house. He was about 4 feet high when I relocated him.

A few years ago, I found a 3 foot long snake skin hanging between my garage door and the weather stripping. It appears the snake was on top of the header beam above the door and squeezed outside between the door and stripping, using it to help peel the old skin.
Gave me a serious case of the willies for a while every time I went into the basement.
