I did some lamb on BGE for Easter dinner. Had some collards, bacon wrapped asparagus, & roasted potatoes with it. Was pretty good if I say so myself [img:center] [/img]

Supper...White Alaskan King Salmon topped with lemon, green onions and Cajun seasoning, steamed broccoli with lemon and Cabbage/kale salad with sweet onion citrus dressing. Desert: Strawberry short cake with lady fingers and fresh strawberries...

..tonight it was Reuben sandwiches with crunchy fries.... Looks great. I love reubens, you got a recipe for that?

Just the usual: Rye bread, Swiss cheese, cornedbeef, sauerkraut all topped with Thousand Island dressing and grilled. I use olive oil spray rather than butter when I grill. Grill slowly so the ingredients all heat through, cheese melts and flavors marry. That is it.
