Long established club 30 miles north of Dothan Alabama near Echo. 1227 acres total with 937 of it leased from Weyerhaeuser. Has 2 Bedroom club house with bunks, full kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms with showers, and skinning shed. 9 food plots, 8 shooting houses, power lines, pines, hardwoods, river frontage, clearcut, tractors and implements, 3 bucks & 2 does per membership, no guest after Dec 31, no does shot after Dec 31, 2 workdays required. Bucks must have at least 8 points and should be mature. 3 Turkeys per membership. There are a some hogs in wet areas. Target is 14 members. Dues $1,500. PM me if interested
