I made a post on here last spring looking for an attorney in Milton FL. We had kicked a member out of our hunting club. He was simply a jerk and a constant source of drama. He was also our treasurer. He cleaned out the club account when he left.
Well, after having to drive to FL to file a complaint with the Sheriff's office, a deposition, and lots of messages with the FL Attorney's Office, I finally received the money back. He finally ran out of lies and extensions. It was either be a felon the rest of his life or pay the money back.
I will admit there were many times I considered taking the restitution option off of the table. Even though he was being a complete idiot I didn't want him to become a felon.
I got he check Friday!

He had already committed the crime. You should have proceeded with charges. But I am glad it worked out for you.

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.
