What some folks refer to as simply "jack" could be jack crevalle...they'll flat tear up some tackle, but even cats don't like 'em to eat! Amberjack, on the other hand, is a fine eating fish! ^^^^^^ This all day. AJ is one of the best eating fish in the Gulf.
